Run this check on every phone you'll use during the performance. Make sure audio is working before it starts.

The performance plays synchronized audio — your phone must not be silenced.

iPhone: flip the physical Ring/Silent switch on the left side of the phone so that no orange stripe is visible. This is the hardware mute switch — silent mode will block all audio even if volume is up.

All phones: press the volume up button to raise media volume to at least 80%.

Then tap the audio test button below to confirm sound is working.
